«1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

To coordinate, and manage every aspect of a building project from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years working experience.

2. PROJECT MANAGER

Project manager has to be an  excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities:
· Managing the production of the required deliverables.

• Planning and monitoring the projectroles within agreed reporting structures
• Preparing and maintaining project plans

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years working experience.

3. PROGRAM MANAGER

Program manager has to coordinate designers and manage aspects of the program of designs and works.
