«TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for our plant in Kamari. The position reports to the Mechanical Department Manager. The primary scope of this role is to oversee several projects and coordinate the maintenance works as necessary for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair, and execution of preventative maintenance programs for fixed and mobile equipment at concrete production plants, ensuring timely restoration of malfunctions and that all systems are operational and safe.
• Coordination and supervision of internal or contractor crews to ensure proper implementation of repairs, modifications, and new projects.
• Drafting technical specifications for tender processes and overseeing the proper execution of related work.
• Procurement of spare parts, lubricants, and consumables to ensure uninterrupted maintenance operations.
• Scheduling and conducting inspections, certifications, and checks to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
• Monitoring and tracking the cost of maintenance for fixed and mobile equipment to optimize efficiency.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of safety and health systems related to equipment maintenance.
• Carrying out the duties of a Safety Technician and Maintenance Supervisor as required.
• Maintaining detailed records of equipment inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs, in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification as a mechanical engineer. (AEI)
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain thorough records.
• Experience working with industrial machinery and equipment.
• Proficiency in computer skills. Any additional knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD will be considered a plus.
• Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).
